Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Savey. By using Savey, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations. This policy applies to all users of the Savey platform, including individuals, businesses, and any other entities.

You may not use Savey to: • Engage in any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Collect or harvest any personal data of other users without their express consent • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Savey or its systems • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform • Use Savey in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Savey is a personal finance tool. You must not use it to facilitate or conceal illegal financial activity. All financial information entered into Savey must represent legitimate personal finances. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and may disclose information where legally required to do so.

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately at legal@getsavey.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this policy, including: • Issuing a warning • Suspending or terminating your account • Reporting to relevant authorities We will act in our sole discretion and are not obligated to provide notice before taking action.
